Booking & Payment:

A minimum advance payment of ₹1,000 per person is required to confirm the booking.

Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or any accepted digital method.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 15 days before the departure date: 75% refund.

Cancellation 7–14 days before the departure date: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the departure date: No refund.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

Tour Itinerary:

The itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions, local closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Accommodation & Transport:

Accommodation will be provided in clean, decent hotels/lodges on a twin/triple sharing basis.

A/C vehicles will be used as per group size and terrain, but A/C may be turned off in hilly areas for safety.

Health & Safety:

Guests are responsible for their own health and physical fitness for the tour.

NRK Travels will not be responsible for any medical emergencies, though assistance will be provided.
